About the Opportunity

Careers Australia Institute of Training has a fantastic opportunity for a Fitter/Welder Trainer to work from its training facilities in Toowoomba. The primary focus of this role is to deliver high-quality fitting / welding training to a range of clients, including apprentices.

The successful candidate must have significant experience within the fitting / welding industry and Certificate 3 in Fitting / Welding or an equivalent.

Applicants with a teaching / training background will be held in high regard (although this is definitely not mandatory). Similarly, post trade qualification are desirable (but not essential).

The successful candidate will be given the opportunity to work both independently and cooperatively in a team environment. You will receive extensive support from CAIT, along with a range of professional development and career advancement opportunities.
